We’re looking for a new colleague to join Daikin Romania!

The Senior Recruiter works closely with the Leadership team to attract, recruit and develop our future and current colleagues, balancing the achievement of business goals with the team’s development.

As a Senior Recruiter, you will:

  • Work closely with our leaders to understand and gain knowledge on the specifics of our industry and roles, to understand the hiring needs and job specifications;
  • Build up contacts with the industry, while acting as a trusted advisor and partner to the business to find the best talent for Daikin;
  • Be focused on end-to-end recruitment for our vacancies, applying our recruitment policy, but also being constantly aware of recruitment trends, to ensure the attraction, sourcing and candidate experience are optimized at a local level.
  • Build and maintain talent pipelines: build connections with active and passive candidates and have a strong understanding of the talent landscape in the country, especially in HVAC-R industry, but not only.
  • Create a talent attraction strategy together with the HR Manager, to actively attract talents, students and young graduates and maintain a live talents pipeline for future opportunities.
  • Use multiple recruiting sources and implement recruiting strategies to find quality candidates, in accordance to approved budget and in line with market level for comparable roles.
  • Focus on ensuring that our candidates are excited and engaged throughout their candidate experience with Daikin.
  • Implement recruitment best practices, ensuring Daikin attracts best qualified candidates and keeps in line with industry trends.

You’ll succeed because you have:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Economics or related fields,
  • At least 5 years of experience with recruitment,
  • Full lifecycle recruiting experience,
  • Creativity to identify talent pools using all sorts of alternative channels (job boards, social media, referrals etc.),
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, good organizational and interpersonal skills,
  • Ability to manage workload and properly prioritize work
  • Strong behavioural and competency-based interviewing experience.
