We are looking for a CX specialist, passionate about his/ her work, ready to identify customers’ needs, respond to their queries and collaborate with internal departments to optimize customer services and brand awareness.
Do these responsabilities sound interesting to you?
- Being Daikin main contact point for our customers;
- Monitoring different relevant channels (forums, satisfaction forms etc), aiming to provide an exceptional consumer journey;
- Support our customers with relevant information about AC and Heating equipment;
- Directly interacting with customers via email, phone and/or chat, and providing prompt and professional advice;
- Ensuring brand awareness and promoting our equipment through direct consultancy for end-customers;
- Identifying customer’s needs and configuration the best technical proposal, together with Sales engineers;
- Monitoring the competition and providing optimization solutions for his/her area of activity;
- Offering support for translations and checking the accuracy of our price lists and online information, when needed;
- Being direct point of contact and support for Daikin partners for topics related to end-customer needs.
Do you bring along...
- University studies (in progress or finalized);
- Previous work experience: 0-2 years;
- Very good time management skills;
- Excellent communication skills, with a customer focused approach;
- An open-minded attitude, pro-active approach, willingness to learn, highly self-motivated with the drive to generate and implement new ideas and follow up results;
- A solution-focused, analytical and goal-oriented way of working;
- Friendly attitude, positive energy;
- English – conversational level;
- MS Office knowledge.
